Mission Statement:  For 30 years, the Titusville Area Senior Citizens Corp. has provided services to persons 60 years of age and older in Crawford County.  The Center got its start in 1968 before becoming incorporated in 1977.  Because of our proximity to Venango, Warren, and Forest Counties, portions of these counties are also served.  Our mission is to assure that this segment of the population remain active, independent, healthy and involved in the community.  A major part of our goal is to keep the senior population in their homes and as independent as long as possible with a high quality of life.  There are no monetary restrictions to be eligible to attend or participate in center programming.  The Corporation does not discriminate against anyone based on sex, color, religion, creed, political affiliation or income level.
