Local Eating Establishments Ask Patrons To Round Up for the United Way
The Lunch Box Deli and The Q are supporting the Titusville Area United Way's Uniquely United Campaign in a unique way. Chris Fiely of the Lunch Box Deli and Tambra Warner of the Q have agreed to ask their patarons to "Round Up" their checks to the nearest dollar to support the United Way's annual fund drive.
"We really appreciate the support of Chris and Tambra. They are both strong and active supporters of our United Way and we are thrilled with their willingness to take on this project", stated Terri Ann Wig, CPO of the Titusville Area United Way. Warner is a past campaign chair and currently serves on the board of directors of the organization and Fiely is currently a campaign volunteer and section leader for the fund drive.
Funds collected from the "Round Up" program will be added to the campaign in an effort to reach the $161,000 goal. The Titusville Area United Way currently funds 13 local non-profit organizations and the Titusville Area United Way that provide 22 needs based programs in our community. |

Terri Ann Wig, chief professional officer of the Titusville Area United Way, visited HomerWood, a division of Armstrong Flooring, earlier this week to accept the first campaign contribution for the 2011 annual campaign.
While the campaign won't officially kick-off until late summer, work is already beginning to make this campaign a success.
"HomerWood has been a strong corporate partner of the Titusville Area United Way for many years and we are thrilled that they wanted to give us a jump-start this year," said Wig.
Work on the campaign will begin prior to the offical kick-off, with volunteers making courtesy visits to local businesses and individuals.
