Pennsylvania CareerLink centers help anyone seeking employment & training services.  At these centers, individuals can use an Internet-based system to locate & apply for jobs that are available at the local, state, & national levels.  The centers also provide skills assessment & aptitude testing, assistance with resume building & interviewing skills, information about careers & occupations, & training that addresses an indiviual's specific needs.  Other services include:  Veterans services, youth employment services, labor market statistics, trade assistance & free workshops.

Clients's income & assets must be under a certain financial guideline.  Eligibility is also determined by the type of civil legal problem.  Free legal help can include protection from abuse, custody, special education, utility shut-off, expulsions from school, SSI, welfare, landlord/tenant, unemployment compensation & debtor problems.

Free, confidential services to victims of domestic & sexual violence & other violent crimes.  Services include, but not limited to:  Crisis intervention, advocacy & supportive counseling for victims' & their families, emergency shelter, 1st response to victims of a crime, PFA assistance & a variety of prevention education programs.

Available to residents w/n 30 miles of Titusville.  To receive home health care, patients must be referred by a licensed physician & have a medical need that requires skilled medical care, be homebound at time of service or require services to care for a dying family member.  Services are provided to eligible patients regardless of age, sex, race, creed, national origin or handicap.  Titusville Hospital accepts Medicare & Medicaid as well as commercial insurance.  Payment schedules can also be arranged for self-paying patients.

Available for anyone 60 and over.  The Senior Center provides a hot meal at lunch each weekday; programs include opportunities for socialization & recreation & reflect a variety of interest & concerns; various center activities feature speakers, movies, crafts, exercise, card & trips; transportation to and from the center can be arranged as necessary.
