Members of the THS Student United Way/Rotary Interact that will be participating in the upcoming Sole Patrol Ecuador Service Trip will be holding a charity car wash on Saturday, August 25th at Advanced Auto:  The Car Wash will begin at 9:00 am and donations will be accepted.

The Sole Patrol Ecuador Service Trip will take place in early March, 2019.  This is the second trip to Ecuador by the Student United Way/Interactors.  Much like the original trip in 2017, the students will plan, fundraise and participate in a 10 day long, life changing experience.  Students will have numerous service days including the washing of feet and providing of new socks and shoes for children, conduct ready eye tests and providing glasses for adults and packing meals and delivering them to families in the Andes Mountains.

While volunteer service to others is the main focus of the trip, students will have a true educational experience and will also have the opportunity for some sightseeing and other activities.

To learn more about the trip, you can go to Facebook and view photos and video from the 2017 trip at United Way of the Titusville Region Ecuador Trip 2019 or contact the United Way of the Titusville Region at 814-827-1322.
