United Way of the Titusville Opens Crisis Response Fund
Terri Ann Wig, Chief Professional Officer of United Way of the Titusville Region announced today the formation of the United Way of the Titusville Community Crisis Fund.
According to the ALICE Report, 54% of Titusville households fall below the basic survival budget level. These families are hard-working members of our community that include our family; friends and neighbors struggle to make ends meet. Many of these households work at hourly service related positions and find themselves in crisis due to loss of employment.
Your support matters, no matter how small. You can help your most vulnerable neighbors make it through this crisis by supporting immediate needs like food, shelter and heath and other associated costs related to the COVID-19 crisis and future crisis that may arise. .
United Way of the Titusville Region has committed $1,000 to start the fund and encourage those that are wishing to help to support the fund. Donors can go to Community Crisis Fund, click on link below or you can mail your contribution to UWTR Community Crisis Fund , PO Box 401, Titusville, PA 16354
