In the current era of Covid-19, non-profits must innovate to be successful and United Way of the Titusville Region is no different.  This year, more than in past years, the United Way of the Titusville Region is more important than ever to the work of the United Way and its community partners.

United Way of the Titusville Region has established safety procedures for our programming and our annual campaign including mailings and telephone calls to support the campaign, volunteers and staff that do face-to-face distribution and presentations wear masks and follow appropriate safety procedures.  United Way will also focus on social and local media outlets.  A new campaign video will also be released soon.

Along with the usual ways of giving through workplace campaigns and mail, United Way is also enhancing its digital giving options.  Donors can go to www.titusvilleunitedway.com  and select the GIVE link.  New this year is a Text-to-Give option.  Donors interested in using this means can simply text UWTR75 to 91999.

Another addition to the 75th Diamond Jubilee Campaign is the Lamoreaux Landing Luxury Getaway.   The package includes a private tour of Lamoreaux Landing Winery by co-owner and Titusville Native Josh Wig for up to 6 people; a one night stay for 2 at Tillinghast Manor and a gift certificate for dinner at Dano’s Heuriger on Seneca.          Each new pledge or increased pledge of $75.00 qualifies for selection.

Funds raised during the campaign support local needs based programs of the United Way of the Titusville Region and its community partners including Associated Charities-Utility Assistance; Scouting-mini grants; Family Service & Children’s Aid Society-General Counseling; Hospice-Bereavement Services; Youth Connection-Youth One-on-OneMentoring; Titusville Regional Literacy Council-Adult and Family Literacy; Salvation Army-Basic Needs Crisis; Titusville Health and Aging Center-Noon Meals; YMCA Summer Youth Enrichment Program; YWCA-Fun Factory Pre School; YWCA-Housing and Supportive Services; Community Health Services-Medical Transportation; United Way’s Center for Financial Independence-Financial Stability Programs/Case Management.
